Technical Assistance Request Form


In conjunction with the U.S. Department of Justice, Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention, the National Mentoring Resource Center is committed to providing no cost technical assistance to build capacity among mentoring programs in implementing the Elements of Effective Practice for MentoringTM.

Technical assistance requests is reviewed regularly by the National Mentoring Resource Center Technical Assistance Review Committee. Once requests are approved by OJJDP, a Technical Assistance Provider will work with your mentoring program to build an agenda for your specific needs and create a Memorandum of Agreement that will describe deliverables and a timeline. Mentoring programs will also be asked to complete a Pre-Survey before technical assistance is initiated, a Technical Assistance report within two weeks of the Technical Assistance being provided, as well as a Post-Survey three months after the Technical Assistance has been delivered. A Technical Assistance Provider will contact you to discuss a plan to address the needs of your mentoring program. The scope of your Technical Assistance request will not exceed 50 hours so the National Mentoring Resource Center can serve as many mentoring programs as possible.
